House Rules

1-Quiet time after 10 pm. Checkout by 11 AM. 24hr DIY Breakfast, Coffee, Tea, etc.
2- Please wash your dishes and cleanup after yourself in the kitchen and put things back how you took them.
3-Guest may use front and rear patios and gardens.
4-Kitchen is shared. All guest are required to clean their seating place and own dishes.
5-Be respectful , know you are sharing the common areas, lounge and kitchen. Know that other guests from the other rooms are wanting to enjoy their stay along with you.

AIRBNB 1-GUEST POLICY: If your reservation specifies only 1 guest, "only the guest who made the reservation is allowed" to enter and stay on the premises. Second persons are not permitted to enter the BNB except if a 2 person reservation has been made. AIRBnB has a policy about 3rd party reservations. Reservations made for somebody else are not allowed except by a CORPORATE Business.

The Kokomo Inn - Group's room assignments are "after reservation" or "upon arrival." Kokomo Inn aspires to be the Best Ottawa B&B complete with Tropical Theme Suites on the Ottawa-Gatineau riverfront, has a breath-taking view over the river of Ottawa’s Downtown Skyline, 24 Sussex, Rideau Falls and is mere minutes by auto, walking or biking to Downtown Ottawa, Parliament, ByWard Market, or Old Chelsea, Gatineau Park and the Nordic Spa.

As our guests, you will have access to the shared kitchen. Included are our in-house coffee, Espresso, tea, and cereals and condiments for breakfast. There is a barbecue in the backyard available for you to use and enjoy your own cooking and meats. You may enjoy your dinner inside, or outside in our beautiful yard with fire tables, or by the riverbank in a beautiful picnic table setting.

Outside patio, barbecue, camp fire, shared kitchen, Heated covered Veranda with large glass windows to enjoy the river view and surrounding nature in good or bad weather. Secure Bicycle storage, Fire pit & marshmallows too. Kayak rental available. Bicycle rental available. 800 KM National Capital bike path passes just at the front of the Kokomo Bed and Breakfast.

1175 Rue Jacques-Cartier - Huge and bright Bed and Breakfast located in a beautiful environment. 5 bedrooms, 5 private bathrooms and shared kitchen. In the heart of Gatineau just minutes from downtown Ottawa. With a breathtaking view of the Ottawa River, the Kokomo Bed and Breakfast offers you beauty, tranquility. Walk along the shore, Cycle on the "Route Verte # 1" cycle path in front of us. In summer, cruise ships are at your disposal for the ride - with music and dancing, in addition to the sightseeing boats available every day. Visit downtown Ottawa or Gatineau Park in 12 minutes. The Canadian History Museum and Museum of Fine Arts are very close by and walking along the river walking path you will find several restaurants including the Forum Pub and Dance Club, the Stirling Steakhouse, the Noche Maya Mexican and the Pirate Bistro - each having live music sometimes on a weekend.
The Hot Air Balloon Festival fills the skies over our Bed and Breakfast with vibrant colors every Labor Day weekend in September. It is a sight to see and rare in the whole world. Also see the "International Sound of lights" fireworks from Casino Lac Leamy every Wednesday and Saturday in August.
